1.  Review City Shop Mural Submissions 
   The Selection Panel is invited to review and discuss submissions of artist qualifications 
   located in this online Submittable gallery:  
   https://moscowarts.submittable.com/gallery/4457ea8d-b522-499f-9651-895e2c1ed951  
    
   Submissions  will  be  considered  according  to  criteria  published  in  the  project  RFQ. 
   Discussion may include the identification of a slate of selected finalists to create a site-
   specific design. Following a majority vote by the Selection Panel to recommend a slate of 
   selected artists, staff will forward the recommendation to the Moscow Arts Commission 
   (MAC) and if the MAC votes to approve the slate of artists, staff will coordinate artist 
   contracts, honoraria, and communications.  
    
   PROPOSED ACTION: Recommend a slate of artists to create site-specific designs, 
   or take such other action deemed appropriate.
